Tandy Radio Shack Micro Color Computer

Way back in the 1980's I came across a Motorola 6808 (?) Color Computer. It's one of Motorola's dev boards that I found in the 'junk yard' at one of the Trenton Computer Festivals. I still have that somewhere around here (I hope). I grew up on the 6502 (my Atari's) and worked with the 68xx (6802 and 6809) with assembly, Flex and OS9. This was before the a PC meant a clone of the IBM PC.

The other day I won a bid on a Tandy MC-10, the Micro Color Computer. Based on the 6803 with 4K of memory. It is a computer I rejected when I first went to buy a computer (nasty keyboard, little software suppport). Now I'm hoping it's working but it is pretty easy to repair. When it was first built there was no floppy drive available. Programs were save and loaded to a cassette.

If the MC-10 works or can be repaired I'll pick up a MCX 128K expansion. This comes with extra RAM, extended BASIC and the EmCee client. I'll attach the MC-10 serial port to my Linux server running PyDriveWire.
