Linux with Lutron
Recently a kind Linux user (???) pointed me towards the newest Lutron RadioRA 2 for lighting control. In the past I've looked at Lutron, Crestron, and a few other home automation vendors (usually with envy) but have found them to be expensive, proprietary and closed systems with no way to integrate them into an open source project (like MisterHouse).
What little I know
Pretty much the minimum you will need to work with Lutron Radio RA2 (make sure it's RadioRA 2, I don't know anything about the older RadioRA) is:
- The Lutron protocol guide
- Lutron Main Repeater - just a repeater will not suffice
- Lutron RadioRA2 dimmer or switch

- Lutron integration protocol rev d RA 2 - this contains information fro talking to the Main Repeater to communicate with the Radio RA2 devices.
